I have never worked with a company that has their level of customer service, I feel like they care and that they are actually talking to me. Their creativity is amazing also. My cards turned out exactly how I pictured it in my head, in just a few steps. There were a few surprises too!! First was that the design was carried over to the inside, I had no idea it would be, also, the back of the card is designed too, and dated with my dogs name. I am a VIP member and the price is amazing. The quality is high. I think my favorite thing about this place though has to be the quickness of the process and arrival.

I couldn’t believe it really - I am still not convinced she wasn’t a robot because she was just unflappable - I ran out of patience before she did .
