If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Pink Poster won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If your customer is unable to locate the package, customer will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. Pink Poster is not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future.

Pink Poster™ has a no exchange or return policy due to the custom and personalized nature of our products. However, if a defective or incorrect product is sent to a customer, a new one will be reprinted and shipped out immediately once photos have been sent to Pink Poster™.

If a return has been approved by Pink Poster™, to complete your return, we require a receipt and proof of error/shipping damage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Item with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be permitted before the product has been authorized for printing. If for any reason the customer is not happy with the experience or with the proposed design, before you approve it for printing, a partial or full refund may be permitted. The designer fees of $24.99 will be charged for each design and the customer may have access to the digital files. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 dyas after the estimated delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pink Poster™ is not responsible of potential customs or duty fees that subject to international orders. Customers have to manage and cover any fees related to customs and duty.
